Mango Bistro Catering (formerly Mango Gusto) was created by Marie Laforge and Ricardo Ruggiero.
Combining influences from our native countries, France and Brazil, and our extensive experience in the food/restaurant industry, both locally and internationally, we decided to create a catering service with a European and Tropical flair where people would come for the fresh and original food.
We believe, like any great recipe, creating a remarkable event requires basic ingredients that must be included if you want to produce a masterpiece. . . Phenomenal Food, Outstanding Service, and Insanely Extraordinary Presentation!
